I'm very proud to announce this new kit. In 1952, Frank Ellison, owner of the reknowned "Delta Lines" O scale layout, built a model building called the Spot Cash Wholesale Grocers out of card and bristol board. Toy Trains magazine published the construction article about it in 1952, and I couldn't resist the attempt to copy it. The article included all dimensions and pictures of the finished model. I changed it only slightly by moving the side loading door to the back. The walls represent wood siding, and the foundation is brick.

I've had a number of letters about reissuing this kit and I finally had time to do it. Same price as before.

Postwar era cut stone and brick front. Yes, this is 3 dimensional replicated cut stone. To my knowledge no one has ever attempted this before. The kit makes a 2 inch deep relief, and has paper signs and window dressing for four different store types.
